This site is not advice

Everything here is general information about what the firm does. It is not accounting, tax, audit or company-law advice on your situation, and you should not act on it as though it were. Advice comes after we have understood your circumstances.

Prices are a fee structure, not a quotation

The package prices and the per-director rates on this site are the firm's published fee structure and are stated exactly. They are not an offer, and the estimator produces an estimate rather than a quotation. Starting prices marked “from” depend on scope. Government charges, and the charges of any third party, are separate unless a package says otherwise.

Contacting us does not engage us

Calling or e-mailing does not by itself create a professional engagement. That begins only when we have agreed in writing to act for you and you have accepted the scope and the fee.

Work carried out by associate practices

Tax and assurance work is conducted through Sanjeewa Associates and Synergy Advisors. Where your matter is carried out by an associate practice, you are told so before the work begins.

The photographs on this site are used under open licences and set the scene only. They do not show the firm's office, staff or clients. Who took each one, and the licence it is used under, is on the image credits page.

Accuracy

We keep this site current, but fees, law and procedure change. If something here matters to a decision you are about to make, ask us to confirm it rather than relying on the page.
