About the firm

A firm of professionals, under one umbrella.

Reliance Business Partners (Pvt) Ltd was established in 2018 as a limited liability company, to render the business services a growing company needs from one place rather than four.

Who we are

One firm, so the numbers only have to be right once.

The firm covers six areas of work: Accounting and BPO, Tax and assurance, Business advisory, Payroll, Data analytics and Power BI and Corporate secretarial.

Keeping them in one firm is not a convenience. The ledger the accountant keeps is the ledger the tax computation is built from, the payroll feeds the same books, and the company secretary files against the same records.

Tax and assurance work is conducted through Sanjeewa Associates and Synergy Advisors. They are named here rather than left to be discovered, because a client is entitled to know which practice signs the audit.

Mr. J. M. N. Sanjeewa

FCA (CA Sri Lanka), ACMA (SL), BSc Accounting (Special), MBA

A Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. He is a Registered Company Secretary and an Investment Advisor, and works across corporate governance and financial advisory.
Mr. M. A. W. P. Wijerathna

ACA (CA Sri Lanka), BSc Business Administration (Special)

An Associate Member of CA Sri Lanka and a Registered Company Secretary. His work is in corporate compliance and administration, advising on organisational management and on what the statutory requirements actually ask for.
Mr. R. P. P. Amarasekara

ACMA, Investment Advisor

An Associate Chartered Management Accountant and an experienced Investment Advisor. He works on financial planning, investment strategy and portfolio management, grounded in management accounting.

Certified Business Accountant

A Certified Business Accountant working in financial reporting and business advisory, supporting clients in managing their financial operations.
