The firm's fee sheet words this line differently between packages: Form 18 and Form 19 are specified as certified copies on Advanced and as plain copies on Premium. The difference is flagged rather than smoothed over. Ask us which applies to your filing and we will confirm it in writing.

What happens

Four steps from idea to bank account.

Every package runs the same sequence. The difference is only in what you are holding at the end of it.

    What the company will do, and how many directors it will have. That is enough to say which package fits and what it will cost.

    We clear the name

    Name approval is the first filing and the first thing that can come back. It is in all three packages.

    We incorporate and register

    Form 1 and the Articles are filed, the Certificate of Incorporation is issued, the seals are made, the TIN certificate is obtained and the BO forms go in.

    You open the bank account and start trading

    The resolutions to open the account and enable online banking are in every package. From the second year we file your Form 15 on the annual retainer.

From the second year, the annual retainer is LKR 15,000, charged when your Form 15 is filed. The first year is already in every package above.

This is an estimate, not a quotation. The package prices and the per-director rates are exact and come from the firm's fee structure. The website and POS lines are starting prices and depend on scope. Government charges on additional filings are separate. Tell us what you are setting up and you get the real figure in writing before any work begins.

What is charged once the company exists.

The first year retainer is inside all three packages. These are the things that can be billed after that, each at a published rate.
